Job Title: Receptionist (Part Time)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Physical Work Location: 8203 W Quinault Ave Ste A, Kennewick, WA 99336 - ON SITE
Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Anticipated Duration: 3-month contract with a possible extension based on performance.
We are seeking a professional and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to support our financial services office. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
• Manage front desk operations, including sign-in procedures
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar requests as needed
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 Months+ Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Experience in a financial services, banking, or professional office environment
