We are seeking a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Receptionist - HR Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in Guaynabo, PR, within the food and beverage production industry. Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage the main phone line, route calls appropriately, and provide courteous assistance to callers.
- Welcome visitors, employees, vendors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate office communications, correspondence, documentation, and general clerical tasks.
- Organize, maintain, and update files, records, and administrative documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support Human Resources with recruitment coordination, onboarding paperwork, employee file management, and general HR administration.
- Assist with day-to-day office needs and employee support to help maintain an organized and efficient workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $13.50 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Guaynabo, PR.
- Manage front desk reception, visitor greeting, and main phone line coverage.
- Support office communications, document organization, correspondence, and clerical workflow.
- Assist Human Resources with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and administrative support.
- Maintain professional, confidential, and accurate handling of employee and office information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in administrative, clerical, customer service, or human resources support roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a courteous, professional, and helpful communication style.
- Ability to organize documents, maintain records, and handle multiple administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality when working with HR and employee information.
- Basic office and computer skills, including the ability to manage calls, correspondence, files, and routine administrative tasks.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment and collaborate with employees across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Human Resources administrative tasks, onboarding paperwork, or employee file maintenance.
- Experience working in a receptionist, front desk, switchboard, or office support role.
- Familiarity with professional office procedures in a production, manufacturing, distribution, or food and beverage environment.
