This person will provide direct administrative and operational support to one Financial Advisor in a professional banking office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct incoming calls courteously and efficiently
• Handle deposits and prepare checks for banking
• Assist with account-related tasks such as opening new accounts or sending funds (training provided)
• Maintain office schedules, calendars, and correspondence
• Support the Financial Advisor with administrative and clerical needs
• Manage emails and documentation using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and general computer use)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
• Professional demeanor and reliability
