We’re seeking a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join a well-established insurance agency in Orange, CA. This full-time, in-person position offers a great work environment, growth potential, and competitive pay.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
Draft and type correspondence and client letters
Assist with quoting and writing new business
Support Customer Service Representatives with policy changes and renewals
Perform data entry and general administrative support
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of insurance experience required
Knowledge of automobile and homeowners coverage preferred
Insurance Producer License is a plus
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
Must be able to commute to Orange, CA (relocation before start date preferred)
Pay & Benefits:
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)
