Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/ Assistant Admin for a contract/temporary opportunity in Novato, CA. This role is focused on document imaging, administrative support, records organization, and quality control within a banking and consumer lending environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Scan and convert paper documents into accurate electronic files.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and readability before and after processing.
- Ensure scanned files meet company quality control and document management standards.
- Retrieve, sort, organize, and prepare documents as requested.
- Monitor daily scanning workflow to support timely processing and productivity goals.
- Report scanning errors, equipment issues, or document discrepancies for prompt resolution.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Scan and convert paper documents into digital files.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Organize, retrieve, and maintain document records.
- Support daily administrative and document processing workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of administrative, clerical, document processing, or related experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow established procedures and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with scanning equipment, imaging software, or electronic records systems.
- Prior administrative support experience in banking, consumer lending, financial services, or a regulated office environment.
- Experience handling confidential documents or sensitive customer information.
