We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our growing team at a reputable company in the Capital Region. You will play a key role in supporting the office operations including managing inbound calls and front desk tasks, assisting customers, and helping ensure smooth communication between clients and production staff. Key Responsibilities
· Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors at the front desk
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails as point of entry
· Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
· Schedule appointments for customers and the team
· Data entry and maintaining accurate records
· Keeping track of office supplies, filing systems, and front desk organized
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
· Support management with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Previous receptionist, administrative assistant experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
