Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role serves as a front desk receptionist supporting daily office operations. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, greeting and checking in visitors, maintaining conference room schedules, and coordinating catering/food orders for meetings. The position also includes light administrative duties such as invoice entry and basic Microsoft Excel tasks, along with ensuring office security through visitor management.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $21/hr
Responsibilities:
• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Respond to emails and handle general front desk communications
• Greet, check in, and assist visitors while maintaining office security protocols
• Manage and maintain conference room schedules and bookings
• Coordinate food and catering orders for meetings and events
• Perform light administrative tasks including invoice entry and data input
• Use Microsoft Excel for basic tracking and documentation
• Support general office operations and administrative needs
• Ensure a professional, welcoming front desk presence at all times
• Assist with handling office equipment and other assigned tasks as needed
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs when required
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 3+ years of administrative/receptionist experience preferred (legal or law firm experience strongly preferred)
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel)
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
