Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for the office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and can manage multiple administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and office supplies
Schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and support internal events
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
Support office management and operations teams as needed
Qualifications
1–3 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and/or Google Workspace
Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a corporate or professional office setting
Familiarity with scheduling tools or CRM systems
Bilingual skills are a plus
