A well-established, client-focused legal office in Boulder is seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist to join a small, collaborative team. This is a fast-paced, front-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing exceptional client service.

This position involves significant client contact, including working with individuals experiencing important life events. A warm, patient, and compassionate approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls
- Schedule appointments for clients, team members, and vendors
- Greet clients, provide a welcoming environment, and assist with check-in
- Coordinate virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom)
- Confirm appointments and manage calendar accuracy
- Handle client inquiries, including occasionally upset callers, with professionalism
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, filing, and organizing documents
- Communicate effectively with internal team members

This is a fast-paced role, with scheduling requests coming from multiple channels including phone, email, and online platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.

Preferred (not required):
- Experience in a law office or other professional services environment
- Familiarity with scheduling tools or client management systems

Compensation: $24 an hour
