Job Title: Concierge Hospitality – MS Onsite (Multi-Site)
Pay Rate: $25–$26/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday
Shifts: Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm, and on occasion 10am - 7pm (occasional overtime)
Location: Multiple customer sites in Downtown Los Angeles & Century City, CA
Travel Required: ~10% (between sites; parking reimbursed)

Position Summary
Client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge Hospitality Associate to provide high-quality reception, hospitality, and office services support across multiple corporate and professional office environments (law firms, financial institutions, and corporate offices). This role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-end settings.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Hospitality
• Greet and assist visitors; validate guest lists, issue badges, and provide parking validation as needed
• Serve as on-site concierge for guests, clients, and employees
• Answer and forward phone calls in a professional manner
• Schedule and manage conference rooms using Outlook or similar systems
• Prepare conference rooms (setup, breakdown, signage, supplies)
Office & Facilities Support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas
• Stock office and kitchen supplies
• Coordinate catering for meetings and events
• Assist with audio-visual equipment for meetings
• Support daily facilities management activities
Mailroom & Print Services
• Handle shipping, receiving, and mail distribution
• Provide basic copy/print services
• Assist with document handling and clerical tasks
Administrative Support
• Communicate with customers via Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and in person
• Support executive-level and client-facing staff
• Assist with company events, meetings, and special projects
• Vendor coordination and procurement support, when required

Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, reception, office services, or similar role
• Law firm or corporate reception experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance (high-end business casual)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Comfortable using audio-visual equipment
• Reliable, self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (packages, catering orders)
• Some locations may require walking between buildings
