A government organization in Valley Center is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist.This position serves as the primary point of contact for members, staff, and all visitors. The ideal candidate is professional, welcoming, and able to manage a steady flow of guests while maintaining a positive and organized front office environment. Located in Valley Center, CA. Full-time, Monday-Friday, $21-$24/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, members, and staff in a courteous and efficient manner
• Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and relay messages
• Support the office with clerical and administrative tasks
• Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area
• Provide accurate information and assistance while following government guidelines
• Uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy front desk setting
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous reception or administrative experience
