Location: Downtown Tampa, FL
Pay: $25/hour
Assignment Dates: December 1st – January 5th
We are seeking a professional, polished, and reliable Temporary Receptionist to support a well-established commercial general contractor in the downtown Tampa area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Distribute mail and handle light administrative tasks
• Support office staff with basic clerical duties as needed
• Maintain a polished, professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Reliable and punctual, especially given the short-term nature of this assignment
Details:
• Duration: 12/1 – 1/5
• Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
• Compensation: $25/hour
• Environment: Professional office setting within a respected commercial general contractor
