About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff. Someone who sets the tone for a positive and professional office experience. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of receptionist or administrative experience and excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently.

Manage the front desk area and ensure it is tidy, organized, and welcoming.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Assist with special projects and provide general support to the administrative team.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience required; 2 years preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.

Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.

Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
