A leading general contracting firm is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide top-tier customer service. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff at our corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and callers professionally.
Manage front desk, mail, and office supplies.
Support scheduling, meetings, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with contractors, clients, and suppliers.
Maintain internal and external communication channels.
Ensure office safety and visitor protocols.
Assist with special projects and promote a positive office culture.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; admin coursework a plus.
Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to handle confidential info.
Friendly, proactive, and professional demeanor.
