Job Title: Receptionist

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role involves a combination of reception duties, administrative tasks, and office support in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours required (early arrival or late departure as needed).
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Pay rate: $21.50/hr - $22/hr
Responsibilities:
• Answer and route inbound calls.
• Log guests and visitors using the building portal.
• Set up conference rooms and video meetings.
• Assist with mail, shipping, print projects, and trial binder creation.
• Serve as primary contact for building and facilities needs.
• Walk throughout the office and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Support general office operations and administrative needs.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ related business experience; law firm/legal administrative experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to changing office needs.
