Immediate need for medical receptionist seeking part time hours. Location Brentwood TN
Hours: Monday–Friday, 30 mins before the first patient till 30 mins after the last patient, differs per day
(clinic is open from 9AM–5PM)
$18.00 per hour
Patient photo documentation: Take clear, high-quality photos of patients (over the doctor’s shoulder) for medical records. Accuracy, clarity, and attention to positioning are essentials
Communication: Answer phone calls and emails professionally, transfer calls as appropriate, and respond to inquiries with a customer-focused approach.
Office support: Help maintain lobby cleanliness, manage front desk supplies, and assist the team as needed with administrative tasks.
Patient engagement: Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and create a welcoming experience from start to finish.
Appointment management: Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic flow.
