Job Title: Receptionist

Reception & Hospitality Associate (Temp-to-Hire)


We are seeking a polished and customer-focused professional to join the team in a dual role covering both reception and hospitality services at a prestigious law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist all visitors and employees with professionalism and warmth.

-Answer and direct incoming calls using the firm’s switchboard system.

-Schedule and manage conference rooms using the firm’s meeting room tool.

-Place catering orders and assist with setup/breakdown of food and beverage service.

-Maintain and stock kitchen/pantry areas, clean coffee machines, and support light hospitality needs.

-Perform light administrative and clerical tasks, including document prep, file maintenance, and calendar management.

Ensure the reception area, lobby, and meeting spaces are professional, clean, and welcoming.

-Act as concierge for visitors and staff, offering local knowledge of restaurants, cafes, and services.

-Build positive relationships with firm partners, attorneys, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

-3+ years of related business experience, with preference for administrative or switchboard experience in a law firm/legal environment.

-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel required).

-Strong customer service skills, professional communication, and friendly demeanor.

-Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with technical equipment.

-Professional appearance and attitude with a commitment to client service.

Additional Details:

-Temp-to-hire opportunity

-No free parking provided; nearby paid lots available at employee’s expense. Office is accessible via public transportation.

-Minimal lifting, standing, or walking required. During upcoming renovations, temporary walking between office spaces across the plaza may be necessary.
