We are assisting our client, a wholesale plant nursery in Clearwater, FL identify a receptionist for a temp to hire opportunity. The schedule is 7:30am-3:30pm, M-Thursday and 7:30am-12 noon on Friday and Saturday (40 hours a week). Pay is $16-17 an hour. Casual environment.
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk and front entry area, keeping it clean, organized and presentable.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
• Respond to inquiries via email and provide information as required.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals
• Assist with office supply management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist clients and visitors with questions regarding company services or products.
• Collaborate with other departments to support various office functions and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
