We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Temporary Receptionist to support front desk operations at a busy office in Boulder. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional setting while helping a team stay organized and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Support various departments as needed during your assignment
What We’re Looking For:
Prior front desk or administrative experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude
Comfortable using standard office equipment and Microsoft Office
Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail
