Bilingual Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the company, projecting a professional, respectful, and welcoming image to visitors, employees, and third parties. This position provides general administrative support and specialized assistance to the Human Resources Department, ensuring the effective execution of tasks related to reception, communications, filing, and personnel operational processes.
Greet visitors and contractors, verify their appointments, register their entry, and coordinate their access to the facilities through an authorized escort.
Monitor and coordinate the proper use of the visitor parking area in communication with security personnel.
Provide general information about the company, office locations, or contacts in an accurate and professional manner.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
Associate Degree in Office Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of work experience in administrative or receptionist roles, preferably in a corporate or construction environment.
Knowledge and Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English (intermediate to advanced level required).
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management.
