Summary
This is a position splitting time between front desk/reception activities and mailroom support. It is NOT a full receptionist role.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors, handle phone/switchboard
Provide customer service and front desk coverage
Assist with mail sorting, delivery, and basic mailroom tasks
Light lifting (under 10 lbs)
Basic office tasks and support
Requirements
High school diploma
2+ years switchboard or receptionist experience
Strong customer service, multitasking, and communication
Basic PC skills; MS Word & Excel preferred
Professional, detail-oriented, organized
Work Conditions
Office environment
Mostly sedentary with occasional standing/walking
Light lifting (under 10 lbs)
