Title: Residential Real Estate Paralegal
Location: South Florida (Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables, or West Palm Beach)
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
Schedule: Hybrid (after 90 days)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Paralegal to support high-volume closings in a fast-paced legal environment. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing files from contract through closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 25–30 residential real estate closings from contract to closing
Prepare closing documents and preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs)
Coordinate with lenders to ensure TRID compliance
Order and review title, lien searches, surveys, and estoppel letters
Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents
Prepare closing packages and loan documents
Resolve title and lien issues and ensure timely closing execution
Handle post-closing tasks, including recording and issuing title policies
Qualifications:
5+ years of real estate paralegal experience (law firm preferred)
Strong experience handling closings from start to finish
Knowledge of real estate contracts (FAR/BAR preferred)
Familiarity with title, surveys, and loan documentation
Experience with DoubleTime or RamQuest (preferred)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
