AppleOne is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal for a local client. '
This position is responsible for
Preparing legal documents
Reviewing and researching cases
Performing basic secretarial duties
Facilitating the completion of projects for moderately complex cases or transactions
Drafting legal documents
Coordinating the closure of a case or transactional files
Handling administrative tasks
Assisting with real estate-related legal work
Preparing and filing essential documents such as purchase agreements, mortgage notes, title affidavits, and property descriptions.
Ideal candidate must have
First-hand knowledge of documents and document drafting techniques
Sound analytical and critical thinking abilities
Good phone skills
Knowledge of how to navigate office technology
A high degree of integrity
Knowledge about lease negotiation, financing options, lending requirements and documents, land use and bankruptcy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills
