Real Estate Legal Assistant – Melbourne, FL
In-Office | Hybrid Flex (2 Days/Month Remote)
$60,000–$70,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you a detail-oriented Legal Assistant or Paralegal with experience supporting real estate or transactional attorneys? We’re partnering with a well-established law firm in Melbourne, FL seeking a Real Estate Legal Assistant to join their collaborative and fast-paced team.
This is a great opportunity to support a group of commercial real estate attorneys and gain exposure to high-level transactional work in a professional, team-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys
Prepare, revise, and format legal documents and correspondence
Assist with real estate transactions and due diligence, including researching county/state records
Organize and maintain client files, including opening/closing matters and conflict checks
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms
Support the billing process (time entry, editing, tracking, and client invoicing)
Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling routine inquiries with professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm environment
Experience with real estate transactions strongly preferred (commercial a plus)
Strong litigation experience will also be considered
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (iManage experience is a plus)
