Job Title: Temporary Real Estate / Transactional Assistant
Duration: 2–3 Months (Potential to Extend)
Pay: $25–$30/hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate / Transactional Assistant for a temporary assignment expected to last 2–3 months, with the possibility of extension. This role is covering for an employee currently on medical leave, and there is a strong chance the assignment could continue longer-term.
Key Responsibilities:
Support transactional processes related to real estate matters
Prepare, review, and organize documents and contracts
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third parties
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of transactions
Maintain accurate records and files
Qualifications:
Prior experience in real estate or transactional work required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and professionalism
Proficiency with standard office and document management tools
