About the Role
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to support its busy transactional real estate department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in real estate or other transactional practice areas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in the real estate practice group
Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and closing materials
Assist with file management, document organization, and data entry
Coordinate communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain deadlines
Support transactional processes such as closings and document execution
Qualifications
3–5 years of legal assistant or paralegal experience
Experience in real estate or transactional law (real estate, corporate, estate planning, etc.)
Strong proficiency with legal document formatting and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Litigation-only experience will not be considered for this role
