Overview
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a growing legal practice focused on commercial real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to deepen their experience in a dynamic, client-focused environment while working remotely.
Compensation
Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 annually
Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related legal documents
Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
Advise clients on real estate laws, risks, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution
Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
Active license and good standing with the Florida Bar
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Experience managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
Background from a highly regarded law school preferred
