Overview

We are seeking a talented Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a growing legal practice focused primarily on commercial real estate transactions. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values autonomy, and is interested in long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate-related agreements and documents

Work directly with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex transactions

Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work product

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience practicing real estate law, with an emphasis on commercial matters

Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Excellent communication and client service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school

Some existing book of business or demonstrated ability to support business development
