120-140K + bonus structure

Seeking a Real Estate Attorney to handle large-scale commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and financing deals. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, overseeing due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate closings for complex deals.

Qualifications:

JD degree and active Florida bar admission.
5+ years of experience in large-scale real estate transactions.
Seeking experienced candidate who has experience working for mid-sized law firm.
Strong educational background.
Experience in title and survey review, checklist coordination for buy/sell and loan transactions
Lease summaries, entity document review, and preparation of resolutions
Drafting closing documents, statements, and loan documents
Lease and contract review/preparation for business clients
Strong understanding of real estate finance and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
