We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team and handle complex, large-scale commercial real estate transactions — including acquisitions, development projects, and financing deals.

?? What You'll Do:
Draft & negotiate contracts and loan documents
Oversee due diligence, title & survey review
Coordinate closings for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
Prepare lease summaries, entity documents, resolutions
Support business clients with lease & contract reviews
?? What We’re Looking For:
JD and active Florida Bar membership
5+ years’ experience in large-scale real estate transactions
Background in a mid-sized law firm preferred
Strong academic foundation
Deep understanding of real estate finance, regulations, and deal structuring
Excellent negotiation & communication skills
?? Compensation:
$120,000 – $140,000 base salary + bonus structure
