We’re seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Real Estate Administrator II to join our dynamic leasing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing and revising leases and legal documents for both domestic and international sites.

What You’ll Do
As a Real Estate Administrator II, you’ll:

Draft and revise tenant leases, amendments, and legal documents such as memorandums under the direction of our leadership team.

Assist in reviewing tenant leases and amendments as assigned.

Prepare due diligence packages related to tenant leasing.

Support legal document research and draft renewals or variance amendments.

Collaborate with Account Executives, Real Estate Administrators, and internal departments to resolve leasing issues.

Take on additional projects as needed.

What You Bring
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a must.

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.

3+ years of experience working with leases, legal documents, or contracts.

Strong working knowledge of legal terminology and document preparation.

Certified Paralegal or Legal Assistant certification is a plus.

Notary License is a plus.
