Job Title: Systems Architect – Consultant (RSA Archer Administrator)

Pay Rate: $124-149K depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP (Open to SC residents or those willing to relocate at their own expense)
We are a recruiting and staffing agency supporting a South Carolina state department in hiring a skilled Systems Architect – Consultant with advanced RSA Archer administration experience. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential for extension.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting RSA Archer solutions in a multi-environment production setting. This role requires significant experience with system configuration and workflow development, and it is best suited for professionals with a strong background in software development lifecycle methodologies and compliance-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy advanced RSA Archer solutions and components
Administer and support RSA Archer in a production environment with multiple configurations
Configure and implement Advanced Workflows, Dashboards, Data Feeds, iViews, Reports, and Use Cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with compliance and risk requirements
Ensure best practices are followed in system development, deployment, and documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and five years of technical experience
At least five years of experience with RSA Archer development and deployment
Experience in full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
RSA Archer Certified Associate and RSA Archer Certified Professional
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare environments with knowledge of HIPAA and compliance reporting
Over five years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management
Strong understanding of compliance practices and methodologies
Additional Information:
Candidates must be SC residents or willing to relocate to South Carolina prior to the start date
Hybrid role with 75% on-site requirement
Interviews will be conducted via video or in-person, with possible follow-up by phone
