We’re seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to lead caregiver teams, develop care plans, and make a real difference in the lives of clients—all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home client assessments and admissions
Develop and update personalized care plans
Perform supervisory visits to ensure quality of care
Collaborate with fellow RN Supervisors and care teams
Mentor and train caregivers (CNAs and nurses)
Travel locally within Pierce, Thurston, and South King counties

Must-Haves:

Active Washington State RN license (BSN preferred)
Minimum 5 years of acute care experience
(Home Health or Long-Term Care experience preferred)
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
Local candidates only – must reside in or near Tacoma, Seattle, or South King County
