We are seeking an experienced RMA Technician to join our Repair & Test Engineering Team. In this role, you will be a critical part of our closed-loop corrective action process, supporting product diagnostics, repair, rework, and testing for products returned from the field, production, and engineering builds.

What You’ll Do
?? Diagnostics & Repair
? Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair returned products from the field
? Perform component-level failure analysis and repairs
? Conduct operational testing and fault isolation on production products
? Document findings and discrepancies in **Navision system**
?? Production Support
? Support debug and troubleshooting for products failing:
* Integration process
* ETT process
* Incoming functional tests
? Perform:
* Assembly & rework
* Hand soldering
* Product testing
* Build assemblies and packing support
? Help Production/Operations meet month-end and quarter-end shipping goals
?? Engineering & Event Support
? Assist and train Contract Manufacturer personnel on debugging and troubleshooting
? Debug/repair prototype and production units at CM/customer sites
? Perform warranty repairs and rework onsite as needed
? Support HALT and EMI testing with Design Engineering
? Help identify product failure modes and recommend corrective actions
?? Additional Support
? Support incoming inspection for:
* Workmanship issues
* Solder joint issues
* BIOS/CMOS issues
? Build development testers per customer requirements
? Assist with inventory audits and production floor re-layout projects
Qualifications
Education
?? AA/AS Degree in Electronics OR equivalent technical training/work experience
Experience
? Minimum 5+ years of related electronics repair experience
? Strong component-level troubleshooting and repair skills
? Experience with hand soldering, rework, and testing
? Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electronic assemblies
? Manufacturing or production support experience preferred
