Key Responsibilities

- Support daily warehouse operations in a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment.
- Assist with product handling, packing, sorting, organizing, and general warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Follow supervisor instructions, safety guidelines, and workplace procedures consistently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to the schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour. DOE
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Garden Grove, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform general warehouse duties including product handling, packing, sorting, and organizing.
- Support production and operations teams with day-to-day warehouse workflow.
- Follow safety procedures, workplace rules, and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

- 1 to 2 years of warehouse, production, manufacturing, or operations experience preferred.
- Must be dependable, punctual, responsible, and serious about working.
- Ability to commit to the required schedule and maintain reliable attendance.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to stay productive throughout the shift.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be motivated, accountable, and ready to contribute every day.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
- Strong attendance record and demonstrated commitment to previous roles.
