We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing

Draft and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, closing statements, deeds, and easements

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (law firm experience required)

Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and closing procedures

Experience with leasing (retail, office, or industrial preferred)
