TITLE: REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL
ABOUT THE JOB: Seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support the legal and real estate teams in handling a range of legal and administrative matters related to real estate transactions. You will prepare and review real estate documents, manage closing processes, conduct title/survey reviews, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Other duties include managing/coordinating closing process, order/review title reports, surveys, zoning reports, legal research and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3-5 years in a Paralegal role with experience/knowledge of real estate law, transaction procedures, title/escrow procedures.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree required
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal software and real estate document
management platforms.
• Very strong attention to detail
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills
combined with a thorough understanding of the legal and real estate transaction
process.
• Performs well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-
paced environment.
