Full time opportunity for Quality Control Technician to help check the quality products. This role needs someone who’s detail-oriented, can work well on their own, and communicates clearly with the team.
Shift & Training:
Training: 1–2 months on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
Regular shift: 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Responsibilities:
Pre-production sample testing.
Inspect incoming raw materials upon delivery to ensure quality before storage.
Use tested raw materials to create formulas for batching.
Work closely with compounders: they mix materials and give QC the formula for verification before production.
Spot checks throughout production (start to finish) on a high-speed line (36 cans/min).
Ensure cans are filled and spray properly.
Verify product labeling is accurate.
Must be comfortable with stopping the line if needed — requires a strong personality.

Experience Required:Minimum 1–2 years in a Quality Control role. Should have experience in automotive, industrial, or chemical manufacturing — NOT food manufacturing.
