We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Supervisor with a strong focus on regulatory compliance to lead quality assurance and control activities within our manufacturing and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated environments, proven leadership skills, and a solid understanding of applicable quality standards in the industrial or pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor manufacturing and distribution processes to ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., GMP, ISO, FDA).
-Lead internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.
-Investigate quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints; manage CAPA processes.
-Review and approve quality documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency.
-Train and mentor quality team members, promoting a culture of compliance and accountability.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
-3–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments.
-Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards (GMP, ISO 9001, FDA, etc.).
-Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
