Portsmouth, VA - Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Materials Handler to support their Quality Management System and ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.

In this role, you will conduct quality audits, verify picking activities, remove damaged products, analyze service trends, and provide real-time feedback. You will participate in internal audits and assist with document control and record retention while following Good Documentation Practices.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least two years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, basic math and reporting skills, and the ability to follow documented procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required, with SAGE or Great Plains experience preferred.

This position is based in a distribution center and requires regular standing. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
