What You’ll Do:
As the Quality Manager, you will play a critical leadership role across manufacturing operations by:
Leading site-wide Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, customer requirements, and regulatory standards
Driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using tools such as 8D, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis
Managing internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
Monitoring quality metrics, analyzing trends, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting product lines related to catalysts, precious metals, recycling technologies, and temperature sensing products
Collaborating closely with production, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and customer teams
Leading non-conformance investigations and implementing sustainable corrective actions
Supporting supplier quality initiatives and customer complaint resolution
Developing and delivering quality training programs that strengthen operational excellence and accountability
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry, or related technical field.
Experience leading quality systems within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, auditing practices, and regulatory compliance
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, CAPA, and root-cause analysis methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
Experience supporting catalyst, chemical, metals, recycling, or industrial manufacturing operations
Six Sigma certification or advanced quality certifications
