Quality Lead / Quality Manager (Manufacturing, QA/QC, Continuous Improvement)

Immediate opening. A growing manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Quality Lead or Quality Manager to drive quality initiatives across production operations.

This is a high-impact, visible role working cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Operations to ensure products meet specifications and exceed customer expectations.

We are open to experienced Quality Leads ready for the next step as well as established Quality Managers looking for a strong, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

Quality Control & Inspection Oversight

Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
Develop and maintain inspection procedures and quality documentation
Ensure accurate reporting and communication of inspection results
Monitor quality trends and proactively address recurring issues

Production Quality Support

Partner with production teams to ensure compliance with work instructions and quality standards
Provide guidance to operators and team leads on inspection requirements
Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and process validations

Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action (RCA / CAPA)

Investigate product issues and customer complaints
Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
Track and verify effectiveness of improvements

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to reduce defects and improve product quality
Support process improvement and quality control initiatives
Assist in developing SOPs and best practices

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and tracking systems
Monitor KPIs and report on quality performance to leadership
Support internal audits and compliance efforts

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Production, Engineering, Customer Service, and Logistics
Support new product introductions (NPI) and sampling

What We’re Looking For

3–7+ years of Quality Control / Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing
Experience with inspection processes, quality documentation, and RCA/CAPA
Strong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and production environments
Ability to identify issues and drive solutions independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Industry experience in printing, packaging, plastics, or consumer products is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Experience with QMS and ERP systems
Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese) is a plus
