Quality Inspector's Needed - Aerospace Company

Growing and dynamic Aerospace company is looking to hire (3) Quality Inspector's who have worked in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry.

***AS9100 or AS9102, IPC-610, J-STD are certifications that applicants for this role MUST have active or expired.
***If the certifications are from the past or expired, this company will help hired individuals become certified, once more.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Perform visual inspection of electronic assemblies for conformance to IPC-J-STD-001 class 3
•Perform review of assembly documentation for completeness and clarity.
•Preventing the escape of manufacturing defects and assuring the high level of quality that the customers demand.
•Ensure compliance with ISO and industry-specific quality standards (e.g., IPC, J-STD, etc.).
•Conduct audits and internal inspections to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications.
•Work closely with the production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve production efficiency.
•Provide support in product design and development stages to ensure quality requirements are met from the beginning.

Requirements:
•Ability to be certified to IPC-A-610
•Ability to be certified to IPC J-STD-001
•Knowledge of ESD control practices
•Must be a US person (citizen or legal permanent resident)

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
•Experience with NASA 8739 and IPC space addendum preferred
•Understanding of IPC WHMA-A-620
•Ability to use a microscope and other magnification devices.
