Growing and dynamic Aerospace company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Quality Inspector's who have worked in the Aerospace or Manufacutring industry.

3 Quality Inspectors Needed
Summary:
The inspector’s role is critical for preventing the escape of manufacturing defects and assuring the high level of quality that the customers of ESC demand.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Perform visual inspection of electronic assemblies for conformance to IPC-J-STD-001 class 3
•Perform review of assembly documentation for completeness and clarity.

Requirements:
•Ability to be certified to IPC-A-610
•Ability to be certified to IPC J-STD-001
•Knowledge of ESD control practices
•Must be a US person (citizen or legal permanent resident)
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
•Experience with NASA 8739 and IPC space addendum preferred
•Understanding of IPC WHMA-A-620
•Ability to use a microscope and other magnification devices.

1 Quality Lead Needed
Key Responsibilities:
•Leadership & Supervision:
oLead a team of quality inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to quality standards.
oMonitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
•Inspection & Testing:
oPerform detailed inspections of electronic components at various stages of production, ensuring that all products meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
oConduct visual, dimensional, and functional testing using precision tools and equipment.
•Documentation & Reporting:
oEnsure accurate documentation of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
oPrepare quality inspection reports and provide detailed feedback to production teams and management.
•Quality System Compliance:
oEnsure compliance with ISO and industry-specific quality standards (e.g., IPC, J-STD, etc.).
oConduct audits and internal inspections to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications.
•Collaboration:
oWork closely with the production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve production efficiency.
oProvide support in product design and development stages to ensure quality requirements are met from the beginning.
