Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of metal finished parts to confirm compliance with specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related inspection tools.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
- Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials, parts, or products.
- Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $29 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 1 to 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience working with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer specifications.
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards or aerospace quality requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline.
- Ability to communicate clearly with production, quality, and engineering personnel.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.
- Experience inspecting metal finished parts or precision-machined components.
