Quality Inspector
-Pay: $22-26/hr DOE
-Location: Santa Ana, CA
*Must have mechanical quality inspection*

-SUMMARY
• In process inspection of fabricated sheet metal parts and assemblies at various stages of the realization process. Ability to work well in a dynamic and quick-moving environment. The Inspector shall apply comprehensive knowledge to perform visual and precision mechanical measurement on first piece inspections and as a “roving Inspector”, spot checking in process parts for conformance to requirements. The Inspector will perform this work by following established drawing and router requirements, plus work instructions and procedures. The difference between Inspector A and Inspector B is experience and expertise.

-EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Minimum should have HS diploma and certificate, degree from technical school required. AA or equivalent technical training and/or relevant experience is a plus.
• 5+ years related QA experience/training is accepted in lieu of AA or technical training, or as deemed appropriate by the
• Experience in manufacturing/production a plus.
• PC Skills preferred, and exposure with sheet metal, liquid / powder coat environments.
• Familiarized with ISO9001: 2015/ AS9100, ANSI 14.5, and statistical process control preferred.
