About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Inspector with a strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection. You’ll play a crucial role in performing final inspections and ensuring quality compliance of our aerospace parts and assemblies before they leave our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections per established quality procedures.
Review and verify drawing, purchase order, and specification compliance.
Evaluate supplier certifications, inspection reports, and test results.
Document inspections and sign Certificates of Conformance (C of C) as the QA representative.
Perform First Article Inspections and generate required reports.
Maintain accurate inspection records, including shelf-life logs and quality control documentation.
Use standard inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, microscopes, etc.).
Work with various departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in aerospace assembly or related field.
Must have knowledge of AS9100 standards and NADCAP requirements.
Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing and quality inspection.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate computer skills; capable of data entry into Genius ERP system.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
Skilled in using precision inspection tools and working with various specifications (soldering, crimping, coating, etc.).
Experience with MRP/ERP systems highly desired.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills.
Takes pride in craftsmanship and maintaining quality standards.
