We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure our aerospace components meet strict quality and regulatory standards. This role performs visual and dimensional inspections, documents findings, and supports continuous improvement efforts.
-Perform visual and dimensional inspections for receiving, in-process, first article (AS9102), and final checks
-Use precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
-Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation
-Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA requirements, and internal quality systems
-Identify defects, document non-conformities, and support corrective actions
-Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
-Help train new inspectors and warehouse staff on quality procedures
-Follow all safety protocols and operational standards
-Support warehouse tasks including inventory, receiving, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs

3+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace or related manufacturing and proficiency with precision measurement tools, blueprints and familiar with ERP/MRP systems
