We’re looking for a driven Quality Engineer to join a collaborative team where quality, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the center of everything we do. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams to lead investigations, resolve manufacturing and in-market quality issues, and drive meaningful process improvements. You’ll take ownership of root cause analysis and CAPA initiatives, work cross-functionally to address nonconformances with customers and suppliers, and implement best practices using SPC, Six Sigma, 5S, PFMEA, and value stream mapping to strengthen manufacturing performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5+ years of quality experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing who enjoys solving complex problems, leading improvement initiatives, and ensuring products meet the highest regulatory and quality standards, including ISO 9001/13485 and FDA regulations.
