This Quality Control Technician (Manufacturing Lab) Position Features:

We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support a manufacturing laboratory environment. This role is responsible for chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards. The position is 100% onsite with a stable day shift schedule (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). The ideal candidate brings hands-on QC lab experience, strong attention to detail, and a safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

- Perform quality control testing on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods
- Calculate, analyze, and document test results according to standard procedures
- Record QC data in SAP, Excel, and laboratory records
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Investigate out-of-spec results, identify root causes, and support corrective actions
- Participate in customer complaints, audits, and regulatory inspections
- Maintain accurate quality records and follow all SOPs
- Comply with Safety, Health, Environmental, OSHA, and 5S standards
- Work in a chemical laboratory environment, including handling chemicals and finished products


Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing QC laboratory environment preferred
- Experience with chemical and physical testing methods
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PC-based systems
- SAP or similar QC/LIMS database experience preferred
- Strong understanding of QC procedures and documentation
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and safety-focused approach
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk frequently, and work onsite
